Business Development Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of real estate investment leads from sourcing to closing. They will work closely with our Managing Director of Origination to achieve personal monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to origination funnel management and closings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing.
* Develop and execute strategies to cultivate relationships with real estate property owners and build a robust sales pipeline.
* Achieve personal targets through consultative selling, negotiation, and effective communication.
* Contribute user-experience input to origination processes such as data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred or equivalent work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales.
* Natural sales talent with strong business acumen and exceptional negotiation skills.
* Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close.
* Familiarity with real estate closing process and finance concepts such as IRR and NPV is preferred.
