Culinary Leader

Responsibilities:
* Execute gastronomic offers on assigned outlets.
* Monitor and plan orders, storage, and preparations of food items.
* Foster a culture of excellence in kitchen hygiene.
* Instruct kitchen assistants and dishwashers to ensure seamless service.
* Manage outlets to achieve profitable results.
* Implement outlet setups, including menus, checklists, and recipes.
* Develop and demonstrate cooking techniques and knife skills.
* Lead instruction for events, including corporate programs.
* Maintain high-quality food taste, presentation, and service.
Requirements:

Education/Professional Experience:
