Backup Administrator (m/f) – Hybrid (Sintra)
What do you need to have:
Hard Skills:
* Strong experience with Networker and Data Protector (installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting)
* Knowledge of Data Domains
* Experience working in large storage environments with formal change management practices
* Understanding of network routing and firewall requirements for backups
* Ability to configure replication between sites
* Experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy and Helix
* Skills to develop and implement automation solutions to meet SLAs
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
* Ability to create regular backup reports
* Strong documentation skills and ability to train junior staff
* Experience in 2nd level support and availability for 24x7 on-call duties
* Additional desirable knowledge: Veeam, Commvault, Cohesity
* Good communication
* Team spirit
* Proactivity
* Time management
