Tasks
* Lead and engage in every stage of the development lifecycle, from defining requirements to delivering demos and final products.
* Work closely with our business specialists to architect the best technical and functional solutions for new features and enhancements.
* Drive the growth and success of the product team by identifying, proposing, and implementing process improvements.
* Mentor and support junior team members.
* Develop high-quality Java- and Angular-based digital products, ensuring your code is clean, well-tested, and maintainable. Take responsibility for the quality and sustainability of the software.
* Collaboratively define and design a robust, modular, and integrated software landscape.
Qualifications
* Academic degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
* Proven track record of leading small to medium-sized software development teams in agile environments.
* Strong passion for IT and ability to find pragmatic and innovative solutions.
* Committed to personal growth and teamwork.
* Promote a no-blame culture, encourage experimentation, and value diverse opinions.
* Extensive object-oriented programming skills with experience in Java, Angular, Spring, Docker (basics), OpenShift, Jenkins, Git, and SQL.
* Expertise in Kafka, API Gateways, Microservices architecture, and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
* Good knowledge of English.
