The Head of Development Data Centre role focuses on driving growth and identifying new opportunities within the Energy & Renewables department. Based in Lisbon, this position requires strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Description
Lead the development of Data Center projects from initial concept to execution.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses for proposed projects.
Oversee permitting processes and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including contractors and government agencies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the energy and natural resources industry.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for new project development.
Prepare detailed project reports and present updates to senior management.
Profile
Proven experience in data center project development within the energy and natural resources industry.
Strong knowledge of permitting, regulatory, and compliance requirements in Bitterfeld-Wolfen.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess project feasibility and risks.
Proficiency in relevant project management and financial analysis tools.
Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.
