As a Customer Support Representative, you will:
* Assist customers across multiple channels, addressing their inquiries regarding subscriptions, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other topics.
* Deliver clear and effective solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain professionalism and empathy while supporting customers through their concerns.

No previous experience required! We welcome individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a customer-facing role.
You’re a great fit if you:
* Are native or C2-level proficient in French.
* Can communicate clearly and efficiently in a customer support environment.
Location & Work Schedule:
* On-site position in Porto, Portugal.
* Monday to Saturday rotating shifts, between 7 AM - 7 PM.
