Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
What's the VIE Forvia Program all about?
The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program that enables young graduates from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland), aged between 18 and 28, to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world.

Note: You cannot perform a VIE in your country of citizenship.
Your main missions include:
- Planning and executing engineering design products or projects, from initial concept to production release and post-production support, for automotive seat products.
- Leading the execution of duties and special projects as assigned.
- Producing feasible and economical designs for manufacturing.
- Ensuring all necessary tests are performed.
- Participating in customer presentations to achieve program targets.
The mission duration is 12 months.
Your profile and competencies to succeed:
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fluent in English.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of print reading and tolerances.
- Experience with mechanical devices.
- Knowledge of automotive seating applications (preferred).
- Ability to visualize in 3D using CAD viewers.
- Knowledge of testing methods and standards.
- Commitment to ethical standards and adherence to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Management.
