At PromoFarma by DocMorris, we are strengthening our presence in Portugal and seeking someone to take ownership of our laboratory relationships and drive growth in the Portuguese market.
This is more than an account management role. It's your opportunity to become the key connection between Portuguese laboratories and our international operations.
Your Mission
You will manage and grow relationships with Portuguese laboratories and brands. You will ensure smooth commercial collaboration, coordinate weekly orders, and help connect Portuguese supply with our warehouse operations.
You will play a central role in maintaining strong partnerships while identifying new opportunities for growth in the Portuguese pharma market.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Managing daily relationships with Portuguese laboratories and brands
Negotiating and closing commercial agreements
Identifying and onboarding new Portuguese labs
Coordinating weekly orders based on demand planning needs
Supporting promotional campaigns with Portuguese brands
Presenting weekly business updates
Collaborating with Demand Planning, Amazon, Marketing and Finance teams
What We're Looking For
Experience working with laboratories or within the pharmaceutical sector
Strong commercial or account management experience
Portuguese proficiency (daily working language)
Good business level of English (weekly presentations)
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
Proactive, confident communicator who is not afraid to ask questions
Nice to have:
Beauty sector experience
Experience managing marketplace accounts (e.g. Amazon)
A pharmaceutical degree is

Full-time (40 hours per week)
Monday to Friday, 9:*****:00
Hybrid model
Occasional visits to Montemor-o-Novo (more frequent during onboarding, afterwards approx. once per week or every two weeks)
