The role - Microsoft 365 Administrator
As a Microsoft 365 Administrator, you will manage deployment, configuration, and support of Microsoft 365 services for our clients. Your responsibilities include ensuring security, performance, and compliance of these cloud-based tools, such as:
- Managing and supporting Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and PowerShell scripting
- Providing second-line support and resolving technical issues
- Exploring new features and possibilities within the Microsoft 365 Suite
Your profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102 recommended)
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security configurations such as MFA, DLP, retention policies, and compliance measures
- Experience with automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Python
- Experience in leading, coaching, and coordinating teams is advantageous
- Microsoft Certifications are a plus
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese
