Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Our IT Department is looking for a Helpdesk Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira (Portugal).
The Helpdesk Trainee role is to support users on all of our IT systems.
The Main missions:
- Provide IT support in various domains (collaborative tools; access to applications; Email; security applications, etc.) to colleagues working in different countries;
- Record occurrences to maintain control of the quality of support;
- Collaborate in functional support tasks to applications in various domains such as purchasing, finance, IT, sales, or production;
- Manage accesses to various applications;
- Support in the elaboration of technical processes and respective documentation.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Willing to join a multidisciplinary team;
- Willing to learn and apply the latest user support techniques;
- Fluent in English;
- Ability to communicate in Spanish, French, or German.
