Mission Data Exploration & Insight Generation: Support the GBS Strategic Performance Specialist by exploring and analyzing large datasets. You will be assisting with data extraction, transformation, and loading from systems like ServiceNow, to develop robust, data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions and optimize GBS service delivery. KPI & Performance Framework Development: Collaborate in defining, refining, and implementing relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance targets tailored to specific business line needs. You will help structure and document elements of the GBS Performance Framework to ensure clarity and strategic alignment. Dashboard Adoption & Stakeholder Engagement: Brainstorm and develop creative strategies to promote the adoption and effective utilization of performance dashboards across different GBS, assisting in preparing engaging communication materials and supporting workshops to guide colleagues on interpreting and leveraging performance data.
