About the Role
The Cloud Project Coordinator is a crucial member of our multidisciplinary delivery team, coordinating complex projects seamlessly and acting as the architect behind this process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating project meetings with various stakeholders.
* Logging team, project, and customer appointments.
* Documenting interviews and meetings continuously.
* Facilitating efficient communication flow among subprojects and stakeholders.
* Creating presentations and project documents.
* Tracking project status and metrics for client and team presentations.
* Assisting in meeting timelines and deadlines.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Professional experience as a PM or similar role.
* Experience in technical project teams.
* Strong analytical, conceptual, and independent working skills.
* Knowledge of modern development methods (Scrum, Kanban) and proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Trello, Jira) and O365 (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Fluent in English.
