Lead the Growth Engine
We're seeking a highly skilled Head of Growth to build, operate and scale our acquisition, activation and expansion systems. This is an IC role for someone who can design growth loops, run experiments at high velocity and use AI and automation to drive measurable revenue every week.
This individual will be responsible for building the engine that accelerates activation, improves CAC efficiency and expands customer value across all categories. Key responsibilities include owning the weekly growth engine, running paid acquisition end-to-end across Google, Meta and LinkedIn channels - designing campaigns that target jewellers, retailers and vertical commerce buyers.
