In this international project, you will collaborate with distributed teams based in Europe and the United States, working in a large-scale, high-impact technological environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java (8+)Contribute to highly available, high-transactional, and scalable platformsWork in environments with high concurrency and high availability requirementsIntegrate and consume services using client-server protocols such as REST and SOAPApply software design patterns and reusable engineering best practicesCollaborate closely with cross-functional, international engineering teamsActively participate in continuous improvement of system performance, reliability, and code qualityRequired Qualifications:3 to 10+ years of professional experience with Java (Middle, Middle+, or Senior level)Strong background in object-oriented programming (experience with other OOP languages is a plus)Experience or exposure to technologies such as Scala, Kafka, Akka, Memcached, Apache Storm, Apache Cassandra, Zookeeper, RabbitMQ, or similarProven experience working with high-concurrency and high-availability systemsSolid understanding of design patterns and reusable software design practicesStrong sense of ownership, autonomy, and problem-solving skillsWhat We Value Beyond Technical Skills:Strong soft skills and a true team-player mindsetExcellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)Common sense, accountability, and passion for solving complex problemsWillingness to contribute to a healthy, collaborative, and people-first team environmentWhy Join Us?
