As a Delivery Assurance Manager, you will be a strategic leader responsible for driving the super tribe's product delivery roadmap while fostering an Agile culture that aligns with business goals. You will manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure seamless delivery. Responsibilities Support the development, review, and maintenance of the super tribe's product delivery roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, priorities, dependencies, and deployment timelines. Drive alignment across the broader product portfolio by working closely with product directors to integrate the roadmap into enterprise‐wide product strategy and influence prioritisation at the organisational level. Partner with super tribe leaders to prioritise initiatives based on business value, user needs, technical feasibility, and strategic fit, establishing prioritisation standards that cascade across tribes. Articulate the roadmap vision, progress, and updates to senior stakeholders, including product and tech super tribe leadership, marketing, and commercial teams, and lead governance forums to align development timelines. Proactively identify, map, and manage complex dependencies across tribes and product components, representing the super tribe at cross‐tribe forums and escalating strategic blockers to leadership. Track roadmap progress, address delays, bottlenecks, or scope shifts, and collaborate with leadership to adjust timelines or resources. Establish risk management frameworks to identify and mitigate delivery risks (e.g., resource constraints, technical debt, market changes, regulatory shifts), working with leadership and project managers to provide strategic risk advisory. Advise on resource allocation and capacity management to ensure teams can deliver on roadmap commitments. Lead the development of reporting cadences and dashboards, providing regular updates on roadmap execution and delivery health to senior leadership and governance boards, leveraging UKI‐aligned metrics. Collaborate with Agile Coaches to identify trends and enhance processes across tribes and squads, ensuring high‐quality Jira data inputs for accurate tracking and reporting. Lead and develop a team of Delivery Assurance Leads and a Lead Agile Coach, allocating them to tribes based on project needs, experience, and development goals, and foster their professional growth. Translate organisational strategy into Agile delivery frameworks, ensuring Agile practices align with the product vision and business strategy, and drive enterprise‐level adoption of Agile practices. Oversee the adaptation of Agile frameworks across the organization, ensuring consistency in principles across the super tribe while meeting team‐specific needs. Mentor Delivery Assurance Leads and the Lead Agile Coach, sharing expertise and fostering continuous learning, and provide hands‐on coaching to large Agile teams on scaled initiatives. Organise and lead training sessions, workshops, and simulations to deepen Agile understanding and capability across teams. Promote documentation of Agile practices, lessons learned, and success stories to build a shared organisational knowledge base. Nurture communities of practice for Agile practitioners, encouraging collaboration and best‐practice sharing. Define and monitor Agile health metrics (velocity, cycle time, team morale, customer satisfaction), using insights to drive improvement and report trends at tribe and super tribe levels. Lead initiatives to embed agility and collaboration into the organisational culture, managing resistance and supporting Agile transformations. Resolve complex, systemic blockers and mediate conflicts within or between tribes and other organisational units, escalating and advising on strategic organisational challenges. Champion experimentation with new Agile tools and techniques to enhance product development processes, and lead innovation pilots across the organization. Qualifications & Experience Extensive experience in delivery management, Agile coaching, or a similar leadership role in a complex, cross‐functional environment. Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and their practical application. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders. Proven track record of managing teams, dependencies, and risks in dynamic settings. Proficiency with tools such as Jira for tracking, reporting, and data quality oversight. Strategic thinker focused on aligning delivery with business objectives, with expertise in capacity planning, resource management, and process optimisation.
