Your future project: join our Customer Support and E-commerce Delivery team in Spanish.
Our client is a leading platform for short-form mobile videos, with a mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.
As an Advisor on this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Managing customer/seller/creator inquiries efficiently and professionally, meeting specific quality expectations.
2. Identifying root causes of reported issues and providing appropriate solutions to deliver excellent service. Summarizing questions and answers and recording them in the knowledge management tool.
3. Escalating critical or high-risk cases promptly to the appropriate authority.
4. Coordinating with other teams/departments to resolve customer issues, follow up, and ensure closure of all escalated cases.
5. Seeking opportunities to identify recurring problems, eliminate repeated complaints, reduce escalation rates, and improve operational processes and overall customer experience.
6. Adhering to established procedures and guidelines while providing quality service to meet and exceed departmental standards.
7. Engaging sellers to develop long-term relationships and trust in the client's E-commerce platform.
8. Supporting ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed by the business.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. Native or advanced level of Spanish (C2).
2. Intermediate level of English (at least B2).
3. Ability to adapt to a challenging software system.
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
5. A desire to learn and grow, curious investigator, problem solver.
6. You must have EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
7. Availability to work at our Sete Rios center.
8. Availability to work 24/7 (40 hours/week).
