About the Role
The role of a Key Relationship Manager is pivotal in fostering and maintaining long-term partnerships with high-value clients. This involves gaining an in-depth understanding of their needs and providing tailored financial solutions to meet their expectations.
This position requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure seamless issue resolution and client satisfaction. As the primary point of contact, you will work closely with internal teams to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
You will lead regular service reviews, participate in board meetings, and take minutes as required. Additionally, you will advise clients on sustainability and ESG best practices, supporting their integration into business strategies.
In this dynamic environment, you will facilitate communication across departments, oversee projects such as fund launches, liquidations, and migrations, and communicate project and service updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A university degree in Finance or a related field.
* No less than 5 years of relevant experience in a ManCo/AIFM, asset manager, or Big 4 advisory.
* A strong understanding of Luxembourg regulatory framework (e.g., AIFMD, UCITS, CSSF Circular 18/698).
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* An ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and regulated environment.
* A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
* Fluency in English and Italian.
* An ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Experience with CRM software.
