We're seeking a dedicated and service-driven professional to support our sales and operations team.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional back office support for our sales and operations teams
* Communicating with international clients, primarily from the U.S., to understand their needs and preferences
* Creating personalized travel proposals and itineraries tailored to each client's requirements
* Assisting with quotes, booking follow-ups, and ensuring seamless customer experiences
* Collaborating with our team of private guides and drivers to deliver exceptional service
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Previous experience in customer support, sales, or travel (minimum 1 year)
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in using email, web tools, and CRM systems
* A team-oriented approach, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
