We are looking for a CAD/CAM Programmer to join a modern, high-tech manufacturing environment in the Netherlands, where you will program complex precision components and help optimize machining strategies in a highly automated production environment.

Your Role
As a CAD/CAM Programmer, you will work closely with engineering and production teams to develop and improve machining processes.
Your responsibilities include:
• Programming complex multi-axis CNC milling parts
• Developing and optimizing CAM programs and machining strategies
• Creating machining operations using Siemens NX, Hypermill, or Mastercam
• Running machining simulations using Vericut
• Designing fixtures and tooling using CAD
• Improving existing programs to reduce cycle time and increase efficiency
• Supporting production teams with technical troubleshooting
You will work in a modern, highly automated manufacturing environment focused on precision engineering.
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar experience
• 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming or production engineering
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, cutting tools, materials, feeds, and speeds
• Experience with multi-axis milling and tight tolerance machining
• Experience with CAM software such as Siemens NX, Hypermill, or Mastercam
• Experience with Vericut or similar simulation software is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate in English
• Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands
