Hotel Concierge Role
This position involves providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, including handling front desk operations and coordinating events for large groups.
Key qualifications include:
* At least two years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role at a luxury hotel.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
* Background in managing events for groups of 80 or more guests.
Responsibilities include:
1. Acting as the primary contact and advocate for all guests, focusing on VIPs, loyalty members, groups, and concierge-class services.
2. Responding promptly and professionally to guest concerns in a courteous and considerate manner.
3. Maintaining the physical appearance and ambiance of public areas, including the concierge lounge, loyalty spaces, and conference rooms.
4. Staying informed about brand features, ship information, revenue products, destination-related information, and guest preferences.
5. Coordinating personalized services for guests, such as transportation, restaurant reservations, activities, wine, spa treatments, shore excursions, flowers, tailoring, and babysitting services.
6. Leading by example, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in all situations, treating guests and staff with respect and promoting cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel.
