We are looking for a Scrum Master to join us in a hybrid project in Porto .
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Collaborate with product owners and development teams to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
Conduct thorough testing of software applications, ensuring compliance with functional and non-functional requirements.
Utilize testing tools such as Jira Xray or Octane to manage and report on test cases, defects, and overall quality metrics.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in both QA and Scrum methodologies.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the development process.
Provide guidance and support to team members on QA processes and Agile principles.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience as a QA Analyst, Scrum Master, or in a similar role in the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies and Agile practices.
Familiarity with software testing techniques and tools, specifically Jira Xray or Octane.
Excellent proactive communication skills in both English and French (C1 level).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Desirable Skills:
Certification in Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or any relevant QA certification would be a plus.
Experience with automation testing tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
