Project Manager/ Scrum Master
This is your mission
Are you passionate about driving teams toward successful delivery and enabling seamless communication in Agile environments? Then this position is for you.
As a Project Manager / Scrum Master, you will be responsible for removing blockers and facilitating delivery and ensuring clear alignment across teams and management in our ecosystem:
Build side:
* Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint rituals, PI planning)
* Support project planning and prioritization according to business needs
* Help the team work autonomously while continuously improving
* Contribute to coordination between technical and business stakeholders
* Ensure project objectives are met according to commitments and timelines
Run side:
* Monitor progress, identify blocking points, and escalate risks when necessary
* Report on planning, delays, dependencies, and mitigation actions
* Support issue resolution and help teams navigate organizational obstacles
* Maintain efficient communication with sponsors and leadership
* Ensure documentation, follow-up, and tracking of project KPIs
This is your background
You have at least 3–5 years of experience in demanding Agile or IT project delivery environments. You enjoy facilitating team performance, resolving obstacles, and structuring delivery and are constantly innovating. You have at least 3–5 years of experience in demanding software development or data-related project management environments. You enjoy coordinating teams, improving processes, and enabling efficient execution and are constantly innovating. * Agile project management, Jira, ETL and database concepts
* Strong understanding of software development workflows and delivery processes
* Ability to facilitate team collaboration and manage communication between stakeholders
Languages skills:

* French knowledge is a nice to have
