Supervise, mentor, and develop the skills of CRM campaign assistants. Plan, execute, and manage CRM campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to standards. Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze performance, and generate actionable insights. Prepare regular performance reports for campaigns, highlighting trends and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with broader marketing strategies. Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement through data-driven optimization.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. Strong knowledge of CRM systems and campaign management. Proven experience in executing, monitoring, and optimizing CRM campaigns. Fluent in French and English (minimum B2 level).
