This professional will be responsible for understanding requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring that solutions meet business objectives and user expectations.What you will be doing:
Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and specification in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Analyze and map business processes, workflows, and system interactions usingBPMN 2.0.
Design and document functional solutions aligned with business needs and technical feasibility.
Prepare detailedtechnical and functional documentation.
Performfunctional testingto validate solutions against requirements.
Collaborate closely withstakeholders and IT technical teamsthroughout the project lifecycle.
Support process improvement and solution optimization initiatives.What we are looking for:
Minimum3 years of experienceas a Functional Analyst or in a similar role.
Solid experience inprocess analysis, optimization, and solution design.
Knowledge ofdatabases, particularlySQL.
Familiarity withJiraor other project management tools (highly valued).
GoodEnglish skills, both written and spoken.
