We are looking for a Senior LIMS Specialist who will play a key role in the platform's initial implementation – from understanding requirements and supporting solution design, to contributing to configuration, testing, training, and technical documentation to ensure a stable, compliant solution. Following the implementation phase, you will transition into the role of Technical Solution Owner (TSO), taking responsibility for the platform and working closely with the Global Process Owner (GPO) to oversee daily operations and drive continuous improvements as business needs evolve.Your responsibilities The role spans platform's implementation and its long‐term operational ownership, with key activities such as:Leading technical activities related to LIMS implementation projects, including scoping, design decisions, rollout, and vendor coordinationOwning the LIMS platform as the global technical point of contact, managing communication between business stakeholders and the external vendorConfiguring and maintaining the LabVantage LIMS platform, ensuring stability and optimal performanceDriving system development through the RFC process, including evaluation, specification, testing, and documentationMonitoring platform performance and ensuring proper system support for global usersCollaborating with cross‐functional teams to ensure seamless integration between LIMS and other systems (e.g., ERP)Handling support cases and managing recurring issues, including escalation and follow‐up with vendorsMaintaining system documentation and ensuring compliance with validation, change management, and audit requirementsSupporting knowledge sharing, training initiatives, and train‐the‐trainer activities for business usersParticipating in operational processes related to deployment, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement of LIMS operationsWhat you bring You are an excellent communicator who thrives in the interface between business and IT, and you are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
