Position Summary

We are looking for a Brand Manager Senior Childhood Fun & Tasty Favorites to join our Breakfast Cereals business.
Your mission will be to work in Brand Management of all Kids and Teens Brands (Chocapic, Estrelitas, Nesquik, Trix, Lion, Kit Kat, Crunch & Golden Grahams).
This person will report directly to the Nestlé Cereals Business Lead but work very closely with a Junior Brand Manager.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BRAND MANAGER SENIOR CHILDHOOD FUN & TASTY FAVORITES (Kids & Teens Brands)
* Responsible for Kids and Teens Brands in the Breakfast Cereals Business, including Chocapic, Estrelitas, Nesquik, Trix, Lion, Kit Kat, Crunch & Golden Grahams;
* Implement Brand Strategy covering Pack, Price, Promotion, Distribution, and Communication;
* Lead, implement, and follow up on all marketing activities such as media campaigns, POS material, brand activations, and packaging development;
* Define local innovation pipeline aligned with market trends and global pipeline;
* Brief and develop local media plans with agencies, including media mix and investments;
* Track business results against objectives (sales, market share, turns, etc.) for own brands and competitors;
* Evaluate all key marketing initiatives;
* Coordinate with Iberian and global teams on brand strategy, innovation, communication materials, and key activations;
* Participate actively in coaching and developing a junior Teens Associate Brand Manager, focusing on processes and strategic thinking.
What Will Make You Successful
* University degree;
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Brand Manager in FMCG;
* Experience in core marketing competencies such as brand planning, innovation & renovation, including launching NPD, communication development, budget management, and analytical skills;
* Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluency in English is required;
* Strong result focus and ability to deliver outstanding results;
* Good listening and influencing skills;
* Dynamic and creative mindset.
