Customer Support: Respond and manage employee inquiries through our service systems using standardized content Hotline Support: Provide phone and chat support in English and German Knowledge Management: Maintain and improve knowledge articles so customers can have broader support with their requests Template Management: Contribute to the creation and updating of response templates to ensure consistent, high-quality communication Mailing Support: Support the HR team with printing and mailing activities Your ProfileQualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed You bring a service-minded approach and a strong customer orientation. You communicate clearly with different stakeholders and adapt to each situation.
