Main Duties and Responsibilities but not be limited to:
1. Review BIM execution plan.
2. Develop and identify roles and responsibilities between client / Contractor / Sub- contractor to ensure BIM Execution Plan is implemented correctly.
3. Review current models issued from AE to see it aligns to the execution plan.
4. Review all models for clash detection.
5. Coordinate and lead model updates along with clash detection and clash remediation with sub-contractors.
6. Creation of building data modeling
7. Creation, coordination, evaluation, analysis and maintenance of internal and external BIM coordination models.
