Customer Support Representative Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will:
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
* Provide accurate product and service information.
* Maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels.
You will also have the opportunity to work on content moderation tasks, reviewing and evaluating user-generated content to ensure it meets our quality standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Fluency in Italian (C1 or higher).
* English proficiency (minimum B2).
* EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in Portugal.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Availability to work on-site in Porto.
* Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if needed.
