Originate and own creative strategy for Meta ads across multiple marketsTurn business insights, customer psychology and performance data into strong ad conceptsWrite and shape high-converting ad angles, hooks and scriptsWork with the content, UGC and creative teams to produce and test ads at scaleAnalyze results, identify patterns and iterate relentlesslyHelp define creative systems, testing frameworks and learning loopsAct as a right hand in marketing, contributing to broader strategic decisionsTake responsibility for performance across a €1 M+ annual ad spend What success looks like:
