Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Design, analyze, and optimize business processes using data-driven insights;
* Support live applications and perform end-to-end testing of new features;
* Identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions to streamline workflows;
* Document process changes and recommend automation and technology integration;
* Facilitate workshops and training to support process adoption.
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar;
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Business Expert;
* Previous experience working with Appian;
* Experience in business process analysis and optimization;
* Experience in application support and end-to-end testing will be valued;
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
