Role Overview:
We are looking for a Workplace Project Manager to join our teams in one of the largest insurance groups in the world, present in 64 countries.
Based in Lisbon (Hybrid).
You will be responsible for managing projects involving MDM solutions – innovative and strategic area for our client.
Also, you will coordinate and implement policies related to Modern Workplace devices, (Windows, Mac, Mobile) including Virtual Desktop, while ensuring legacy transition.
What you will do:
Perform component assessment (already initiated) and retrieval of documentation;
Ensure that remediation plans for each component is duly implement;
Report if progress is as expected in the steering committee;
Coordinate ofseveral projects and programs related to Workplace/MDM solutions and IT domain;
Engage business units, IT, data governance teams, and other stakeholders;
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams;
Ensure business needs are reflected in master data requirements and design.
What you are like:
Academic training in Computer Engineering or similar;
Minimumof 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager;
Experience inagile methodologies;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
