Business Development Representative
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our growing organization. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional who excels at prospecting, engaging decision-makers and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies through cold calling, emailing and social outreach to generate high-quality leads and schedule qualified meetings for Client Executives.
2. Conduct detailed discovery conversations to uncover prospect pain points and align solutions to their business needs.
3. Research target accounts to personalize outreach and identify key decision-makers and influencers.
4. Maintain accurate activity tracking and data management in CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
5. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, campaigns and follow-up strategies.
6. Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked and contribution to sales pipeline.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 1–3 years of experience in outbound business development, sales development or a similar customer-facing role.
* Proven success in prospecting and breaking into net new accounts using creative, multi-channel outreach.
* Competitive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.
* Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Drift, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Self-starter with strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills.
* Business-level English proficiency and fluency in Italian.
