We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Contract and Invoicing Management Back Office Support in Santarém.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement service contracts within our system
* Activate, adjust, and deactivate contracts as necessary
* Generate monthly invoices for end customers
* Provide support to internal and external teams using Schmitz Cargobull Systems (SAP, CRM, Enterprise)
* Process and resolve technical issues
Candidate Profile:
* A completed commercial training program or equivalent experience
* Proficiency in SAP ERP and Microsoft Office applications
* A minimum of one year of relevant work experience
* English language proficiency; additional foreign languages are an asset, particularly German
* Demonstrated analytical and methodical approach
* Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
