Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a B2B client portfolio, primarily in France.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.
* Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and ensure smooth post-sales follow-up.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and report directly to the Commercial Director.
* Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events (occasional travel).
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive sector, ideally in distribution.
* Prior experience as a Country Manager or International Sales Executive (experience with groups like Volkswagen is a plus).
* Fluency in English and French is essential.
* Strong negotiation skills, results-oriented mindset, and high autonomy.
* Flexibility for occasional travel.
* French nationals are particularly valued; Portuguese is not required.
