Greenvolt Comunidades is looking for a Business Developer/B2B Sales professional to join its team in Lisbon, supporting the promotion, implementation, and management of collective self-consumption energy solutions and similar projects.
The ideal candidate should thrive in a dynamic environment with demanding deadlines, particularly in developing presentations and reports for decision-making processes.
Responsibilities Achieve annual sales and contribution margin targets.
Research the market to identify potential clients aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Engage with potential clients through meetings (in-person or remote) to present the company's products and services and explore business opportunities.
Define and analyze client needs to tailor offerings to their specific requirements.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive, long-term business relationships with potential and existing clients.
In coordination with the technical team, present proposals and negotiate terms, including pricing and other relevant commercial conditions.
Represent the company at events, trade fairs, and demonstrations.
Conduct sales activities in line with the company's defined business processes, including utilizing CRM and sales support systems.
Collect and update necessary information and documentation for the commercial process.
Proactively identify business opportunities with current and potential clients.
Serve as the primary contact for clients in their portfolio, ensuring timely and effective responses to client requests.
Key Qualifications Proactive personality with a results-driven mindset and a "make it happen" attitude.
Agility and adaptability to act quickly in uncertain situations.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferably 3 years of professional experience in a related field.
Solid experience with CRM and sales management systems.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and business relationship skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
Proficiency in Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel.
