Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Creator to join the Minga team, focused on photo and video content.
You will be responsible for creating fast, relevant and visually strong content across social and paid channels, translating the Minga aesthetic into short-form video and imagery that drives engagement and product visibility.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will be shooting, editing and delivering content on a regular basis, working closely with the creative, marketing and e-commerce teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Shoot and edit photo and video content for social media, paid ads and digital platforms
* Create short-form video content (TikTok, Reels) aligned with current trends and platform behaviour
* Capture both planned and reactive content, from structured shoots to spontaneous moments
* Translate product and collections into engaging visual content
* Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to execute content strategies
* Support campaign shoots with behind-the-scenes and social-first content
* Edit content quickly and efficiently, ensuring consistency with Minga's visual identity
* Contribute ideas for content formats, concepts and creative direction
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or audiovisual production
* Strong skills in both video and photography
* Proficiency in editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
* Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram and short-form content formats
* Ability to shoot with camera and/or iPhone with strong visual output
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
* Strong understanding of Minga's aesthetic and audience
