5. Follow-up releases and updates of solutions to communicate changes to business users
6. Follow-up on any issues with Microsoft and other solution provider when necessary
7. Manage Microsoft evergreen change
Digital Collaboration engineer responsibilities you will support the business with:
8. Be subject matter expert on digital collaboration landscape.
9. Manage priorities and SLAs.
10. Build knowledge bridge between engineering and operations team.
11. Agile methodology.

21. Engineering school, university or polytechnic master's in computer science, Information management – or similar working/studying experience.
22. Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical ways with clients and colleagues.
23. Rigorous, flexible, stress resistant, autonomous, and passionate about computer science.
24. Capacity to work in an autonomous way and in multi-cultural context across regions.
25. Fluent (speaking/writing) in English
26. At least 5 years of experience in O solution support

28. Experiences in the luxury business
