What we're looking for:
Temporary replacement due to maternity leave;
Degree in Accounting, Management, and/or Finance;
More than 5 years of professional experience;
Professional experience in accounting in a multinational context will be valued;
Experience and leadership skills with a focus on performance, good communication skills, and assertiveness;
Practical mindset and ability to solve problems quickly;
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team;
Ability to organize and manage priorities in a dynamic environment;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).

Main responsibilities:
Ensure daily activities, including the operational execution of tasks and management of the respective team;
Manage the finance team and, as a certified accountant, ensure the technical compliance of the company's accounting and tax affairs and sign the financial statements and tax returns;
Participate in budget preparation, analyzing budget vs. actual variances and ensuring that the respective forecasts are met;
Prepare and monitor reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for senior management;
Assist marketing and industrialization teams in selecting new products and setting prices;
Calculate production costs and cost prices using the appropriate calculation methods: standard costs, direct costing, activity-based costing;
Ensure stock monitoring: inventory, valuation, and risks, and develop and maintain standards and cost efficiency;
Release the month-end and year-end accounting documents;
Linking the plan to the budget, as well as linking the strategy to the indicators that enable its implementation to be monitored;
Ensure compliance with SOX procedures.
