Key Responsibilities
Assist in achieving the objectives set for real estate assets managed by NORFIN, including the following tasks:
Support in the preparation and management of studies and projects related to land subdivision operations and urbanisation works.
Assist in the development of studies, plans, and projects in urban design, spatial planning, and architecture.
Support tasks related to legal requirements and administrative procedures for building, urbanisation, and land management.
Assist in the environmental certification of urban planning projects.
Support in cadastral management of assets and preparation of GIS files for plans and projects.
Requirements:
Academic background in technical areas such as Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
Experience in preparing subdivision projects for licensing purposes.
Solid knowledge of urban planning and building legislation, land management, and environmental regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, GIS (QGIS).
Experience with 3D Modelling (SketchUp or similar) and Photoshop is valued.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
Experience in preparing municipal spatial plans (e.g., PDM, PU, PP) is highly valued.
Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Adaptability to different contexts, strong teamwork skills, and ability to develop innovative solutions.
