We are looking for an experienced Strategic Project Manager to work closely with the CEO and drive critical projects that shape the future of our company.
This is a hands-on role requiring strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and effective execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, analyze, and resolve key organizational challenges across departments;
Plan, execute, and oversee strategic projects from initiation to completion;
Collaborate with department heads and executive leadership to align projects with company strategy;
Generate data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making;
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project success;
Contribute to overall strategic planning and organizational direction.
Candidate ProfileDegree in Business, Engineering, or a related field;
MBA is a plus;
Minimumof 3years' experience in strategic project management, consultancy, or business strategy;
Strong analyticaland strategic thinking skills with proven problem-solving ability;
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
Demonstratedleadership and ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
