We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our In-House Talent Acquisition (IHTA) Team. You'll be in charge of spreading the Damia magic within our clients

About you:
* You must be an awesome person with at least 2 years of experience in tech hiring (either in-house or in agencies)
* You know how to source (Boolean search methods will be a big plus)
* You are an experienced person in stakeholder management
* You rock when you need to manage an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) like Greenhouse, Workable, Lever, Ashby, etc…to deal with your pipelines
* You think that Talent Acquisition is not HR
* YOU KEEP YOURSELF CALM UNDER PRESSURE
* You understand that Rome wasn't built in one day
* Your mom always told you that you are organized and independent
* Your English skills should be at an advanced level
* You need to be able to work in a hybrid model (if necessary)
