HR Generalist
to join our fully remote team and help us build an exceptional employee experience.

What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment Support
Assist with job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Ensure candidates have a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a key contact for employee queries and feedback.
Help foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging remote work culture.
Learning & Development
Support training coordination and identify growth opportunities across teams.
HR Compliance
Maintain employee records and help ensure compliance with international labor laws and HR best practices.
HR Data & Reporting
Assist in collecting and organizing HR data for reporting and strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For
Experience
: Prior experience in an HR Generalist or Recruitment Role (remote/international experience is desired).
Skills
: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Education
: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field. HR certifications are a plus.
Mindset
: Collaborative, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
