The Electro Mechanical is a team member of the HOA Department.
He/she is responsible for completing maintenance jobs in an efficient manner, promoting job worksite safety, providing excellent customer service, and exhibits pride and quality workmanship.
-Keep generator, lighting, and electrical systems in working order; -Diagnose problems and then repair/replace defective parts; -Need to act quickly when a breakdown occurs, must be able to tell management whether the problem can be corrected and whether business can continue as usual; -If regular activities must be stopped, the electrician will have to estimate how long a shutdown will last; -Make periodic inspection for new electrical services (220v and three phase), including wiring, pumps, conduit, panels, breakers, contractors, relays, timers and controls; -Performs electrical maintenance and repair work; install/replace fixtures, switches, receptacles and wiring; -Operates a variety of standard power tools, equipment and trenchers in electrical installations, maintenance and repair activities on a regular basis; -Other duties and special projects as assigned.Minimum 9th year of schooling; Minimum 5 years demonstrated electrical experience; Electrician qualification certificate; Proven work experience as a Maintenance Electrician; Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and the National Electrical Code; Good problem-solving skills.Work-Family Culture, Global Career Opportunities, Competitive Salarys, Development Programs, Medical Insurance, Meal Allowance, Staff Restaurant, Staff Events and Staff accommodation if you are not local.
