About the project
Hays plc (LSE: HAS) is currently ramping up a project in partnership with a American cloud services provider, seeking to create an IT Global Delivery HUB based in Lisbon, with worlwilde scope.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
Support collection efforts and service suspensions when necessary.
Accurately apply payments and credits to customer accounts.
Record all interactions in the internal system.
Assist with billing tasks and special projects.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience (internships are considered).
Basic to intermediate Excel skills; Salesforce or Zuora experience is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Strong communication skills, organized, eager to learn.
Adaptable and collaborative.
