Key Responsibilities:
* Agent and Partner Development: Build and manage relationships with agents and partners to grow our business across Europe.
* Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on potential partners and markets to generate leads and close deals.
* Training and Support: Provide high-quality training to new clients and support agents/distributors to ensure they effectively use our products.
* International Travel: Regularly travel to meet agents, customers, and attend industry events/exhibitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred).
* Communication: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Spanish, French, or German is a plus.
* Presentation and Negotiation: Strong skills in presenting, negotiating, and building relationships.
* Proactive: Self-driven with a focus on business growth.
* Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
