Customer Support Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through email and chat channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, providing prompt, courteous, and clear responses.
* Follow established procedures to troubleshoot effectively or escalate when needed.
* Meet quality and performance targets, including service level agreements (SLAs).
* Take part in ongoing training and feedback sessions to keep skills sharp and stay updated on product developments.
* Approach each case with empathy and a solution-focused mindset.
* Contribute ideas to improve workflows and help foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in French (C2 level) is required.
* Proficiency in English (B2 level) is also necessary.
* Candidates must hold EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card.
* At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role is preferred.
* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities are essential.
* A desire to learn and advance in the field is beneficial.
