About the job We are looking for an Associate Facility Manager to join our growing Operations team. In this role, you'll assist in managing day‐to‐day facility operations under the supervision of the site manager, focusing on daily reliability, operations, maintenance, and safety of all building systems and infrastructure. You will support the management of contractors, ensuring that all critical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety, and security) operate efficiently and reliably. Your role includes planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, managing utilities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
