The Role
* Deliver outstanding customer service via live chat and email, promptly addressing inquiries and complaints;
* Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication;
* Solicit feedback from customers to ensure their needs are met;
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our trading platform and market conditions;
* Conduct continuous research on the crypto market for innovative ideas for improvement within the company's trading activities;
The ideal candidate will have native-level English skills (C1) along with basic financial knowledge or experience working in finance related field. Additional qualifications include:
At least six months of prior experience as Customer Service Representative, preferably dealing directly cryptocurrency data \
