About You:
Human Resources (60%)
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with our business goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and employees.
- Drive performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through engagement initiatives, DEI programs, and conflict resolution.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR matters.
Operations Management (40%)
- Streamline operational processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee office management, vendor relationships, and procurement.
- Support budget planning, financial reporting, and expense management.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, innovation, and digital transformation in operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (5+ years) in HR and operations management, ideally in recruitment, Web3, or technology sectors.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and operational frameworks.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to build trust and foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office, and project management tools.
Analytical thinker with problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) are a plus.
